Online Orders

If you’ve purchased an item from our website www.throwbackvintage.co.uk, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the Throw Back Vintage tag fully intact.

Please note:

• We only refund the original cost of the item. Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.

• We strongly recommend returning items via a tracked and insured service, covering the full value of the item. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit; you will need to make a claim with the shipping provider in such cases.

• Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

In-Store Purchases

Changed your mind about something you bought in-store? No problem! You're welcome to return it for an exchange within 28 days of purchase. If you don’t find anything you’d like at the time, we’re happy to issue store credit, valid for 12 months.
