Returns & Refunds

If you have purchased the item on our website www.throwbackvintage.co.uk, then the item can be returned for a refund or exchange. The Throw Back Vintage tag must be fully intact, and returned in the condition the item was sent. This must be done within 28 days of purchasing the item, else the item will no longer be eligible for a return. We will only refund the original cost of the item, not the original or return postage costs. 

We advise you to send the item tracked and insured up to the full value of the item, we will not be responsible for any missing returned items, you will have to make a claim to the shipping company if this happens. 

Unfortunately final sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
